Hi Evelyn, I think that that is normal. Internally in computers, everything is stored as hexadecimal numbers. So your decimal is translated into 12C hexadecimal. Every time you open it, it will show 12C hexa again. So far this is a not a problem I think. In my current version of Office or maybe it was due to a recent Win10 update , the folder path has changed. I found only one instance of that folder in my registry.
